We stand behind the Pawtiva ramp completely. If your dog doesn't use it independently within 30 days of delivery, we'll refund your full purchase price. No return required. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@pawtiva.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or defective items
If your ramp arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
What isn't covered
Refunds are not available for orders where the ramp has been used for purposes other than its intended use, or where damage has resulted from misuse or modification.
